Prices
All the prices are indicated in euros to the exclusion of the transport charges which will be automatically calculated and indicated on your order form (your basket).

Every order will be invoiced on the current price list at the time of the order.
Concerning deliveries in the EU, prices are quoted with the added value tax in force in France (19,60%).As for the sales outside the EU, prices are quoted FOB (without AVT) from Paris. Customs duties or various taxes will be your responsibility.

PAYMENT
The order whole amount is due at the time of ordering.

 AVAILABLE STOCKS 
The offers presented are only valid in the limit of available stocks. Should an item be temporarily or definitely out of stock, Enfant des Marques.com. is committed to warn you without delay.

DELIVERIES
We deliver your goods where you wish. If you wish the goods to be delivered to another address than yours, you only need to notify it on the order form. Enfant des Marques.com. has chosen La Poste – Colissimo for deliveries in France and Colissimo Suivi International for abroad. Our goods travel at the addressee’s own risk, whatever type of transport chosen. In the event of damage or loss, it is the addressee’s responsibility to check and note his/her remarks on the transfer document, and to confirm his/her reserves by registered post to the carrier with a copy to ZYPP SARL, within the three days following the receipt of the goods. The addressee will have to furnish any necessary proof concerning the discovered faults or anomaly.

DELIVERY DELAY
Any order paid and confirmed on a working day before midday will be sent on the same day, otherwise the following day. On no account, ZYPP SARL can be held responsible for a delivery delay. Consequently, there can be no claim for damages, deduction or cancelling of the orders on hand in the case of excessive delivery delays.

CLAIMS AND RETURNS
You have a seven-day delay after the order receipt to return an item if it does not suit you. The item or items will have to be returned complete in its/their original wrapping. Damaged or incomplete articles will not be taken back.
Enfant des Marques.com. is committed to reimburse you by cheque within 15 days after receiving the concerned goods.

OWNERSHIP RESERVE CLAUSE
The goods ownership will only be transferred to the buyer when Enfant des Marques.com. has received the entire settlement for them and nothing else is due.
